At CNC WORKS, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made CNC products. Due to the nature of our work, which includes customized wall mirrors, wall decor, and wall panels, our policies are structured to ensure clarity and fairness to all customers.

1. Return Policy

As our products are made-to-order and tailored to individual specifications, we do not accept returns unless:

The item received is damaged during shipping
There is a manufacturing defect
You received a different product than what was ordered

To be eligible for a return in such cases, please ensure:

You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.

Non-returnable items include:

Customized or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective)
Items damaged due to improper installation or handling after delivery

2. Refund Policy

If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of refunds due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage, full or partial refund (including shipping) will be issued based on the situation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Since we begin production shortly after the order is placed, we offer a 12-hour cancellation window after order confirmation.

To request a cancellation:

Email us at info@cnc-works.in or contact us through our website form within 12 hours.
If cancellation is requested after 12 hours, the order may have already entered the production/shipping process, and cancellation will not be possible.

Note:
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
